The entitlement mentality
Alumna sues college because she hasn't found a job (from CNN)

This is so silly that I hardly know where to begin.

The plaintiff in this case graduated with a BBA in IT.  Three months later, she doesn't have a job.  Of course, the fact that she had a 2.7 GPA and is trying to find a job in the middle of a recession doesn't have anything to do with her failure to find a job.  According to her, the problem is that the college placement office isn't getting her interviews.

It doesn't help her case that in her filing, she misspells "tuition" twice, "suing" once, and can't perform basic addition ($70K + $2K = $75K).

She also can't spell "reimbursement"...but that is beside the point.

Wow, three whole months without a job. It took me nearly a year after I graduated to find the one I have now, and it never once crossed my mind to sue the school.

She also needs to realize that a GPA of 2.7 is not going to make employers fight in the street over her.

This is when I got a job as a substitute teacher. It wasn't fun but it was $75 a day that I didn't have otherwise.

See, I knew that my laziness, location, and lack of motivation weren't the reasons that I can't get a job!

1) Graduate college
2) Slack on job hunt
3) ???
4) Lawsuit!

I seriously hope this suit is just thrown out.
