Tiny little victories

Three months ago, I had something like 800 email messages in my buffer.  (I'm not kidding.)  There was always something more important to do than to get through all of the mailing list junk and junk mail just sitting around there.

Now, after two months of my non-teaching term, I've finally got the buffer down under 100 messages.  I can actually read links to current articles while they're still current.

Of course, we won't talk about the 6 months worth of newspaper sitting around at home ... but at least it's a start.
